Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role
Strong focus on business value and outcomes, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Proficient in writing clear and structured documentation (BRD, technical specifications, acceptance criteria)
Solid hands-on experience with SQL and ETL processes; familiarity with Spark and Python is a plus
Ability to create analytical solutions end-to-end — from concept to deployment
Skilled in translating business goals into measurable KPIs and dashboards, tailored to different user profiles
Experience working with geospatial data and background in analytics is a strong plus
Ability to conduct market and industry research to support product and analytics development
