The Business Development Manager will work directly with the Kymanox Commercial Leadership Team to build new client relationships and secure new programs and projects to help our clients meet their objectives and achieve the Company’s sales goals.
Requirements
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing business in the Life Science industry
- Building, maintaining, and managing a sales pipeline and forecast to achieve company revenue goals
- Following up on warm leads to convert into new business
- Defining proposals/solutions for project opportunities
- Helping resolve client challenges, conflicts, and concerns
- Building a trusted/strategic relationship with decision-makers on the client-side
- Monitoring and maintaining client relationships to identify partnership/contract growth opportunities
- Creating and delivering quarterly client presentations, including quarterly business reviews and action plans
- Collaborating with the Operations teams to accurately forecast and recognize potential client revenue
- Collaborating with team to help evaluate partnerships, potential mergers, and acquisitions
