Laborer - Machine Shop

As a Laborer / Machine Shop Trainee, you will receive hands-on training to perform mechanical tasks in the machine shop and learn machine operation and thermal spray processes.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in machine operation, thermal spray processes, and basic machining tools.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely (training may be provided if needed).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently when needed, and ask questions to support learning and development.
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changes in workload, responsibilities, and processes.
