Junior Sous Chef - Hurlingham

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at KYN Hurlingham. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes to our residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and best practices, and driving consistency of our food offering.

Requirements

• Experience of working within a 4–5-star hospitality venue
• Professional with a proven track record of delivering and maintaining kitchen standards at the highest level
• Strong communication and influencing skills, an approachable manner, and an eye for detail
• Passionate and able to drive standards that not only meet but exceed expectations and elevate the lives of our residents
