Job Description
Kyowa Kirin is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Training and Development-Rare Disease to design, develop, and implement customized training programs for all branded products and selling skills. The role requires a strong clinical acumen, ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information into relevant training, and experience in pharmaceutical/biotech training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of therapeutic area or sales experience
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech training
- Leadership development experience preferred
