Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Affairs Operations Lead to lead Medical Operations at KKI with the introduction and maintenance of robust capabilities across the region and medical business units. The role will be responsible for operational execution of Medical Affairs Evidence Generation projects, leading a team of 9, and providing support to the Regional Medical Affairs Digital Transformation.
Requirements
- Significant relevant industry experience with proven track record of operational excellence and project execution
- Relevant scientific degree or appropriate certification
- Project Management skills and budget tracking experience in a matrix organisation
- Line management experience
