Job Description
The Development Program Manager II supports the Strategic Investment, Innovation and Partnership team to advance core strategic initiatives, achieve impact and network and collaborate with key stakeholders, including funders and other experts in field. This leads development opportunities to leverage resources and impact investments and partnerships at L.A. Care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field
- At least 4 years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Experience in managing complex initiative and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with working with grants
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional internal and external key stakeholders
- Experience leading professional staff and fostering accountability, collaboration, and results-oriented performance
