Job Description
The Information Technology Operations and Infrastructure Program Manager III plays a critical role in executing high-impact org-wide initiatives and continuously improving processes to increase the effectiveness of our Infrastructure Operations and Security initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in handling IT Projects or programs
- Experience with Process Improvement Methodology including defining and documenting workflow
- Experience with Workflow Tools - JIRA, Project Server etc.
- Technical project experience in large distributed systems, complex competing environments, Microservices Architecture, Cloud computing etc.
- Experience resolving effective program critical metrics and using them to measure program success and identify issues
- Experience in project management tools. Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and able to apply those when best suited
