Job Description
Our client, a renowned company, is looking for a Director Assistant to assist their team in coordinating activities, managing priorities, and optimizing operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in College Studies in Secretarial Techniques or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Director Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and proactivity in finding solutions
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and efficiency
- Customer service focus and attention to detail
