Warehouse Picking Lead - FT Morning Shift

The Warehouse Picking Lead is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Pick/Pack standards and getting orders out in a timely manner. The Picking Team Lead will have oversight of the Picking Associates.

Requirements

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Ensure execution of our customers’ fulfillment and distribution requirements, monitor and maintain proper safety and security controls, and support appropriate inventory integrity controls
• Will be responsible for providing direction to hourly associates within the department ensuring the perfect order
• Must be able to delegate while motivating your team to be productive
• Provide a check and balance for accuracy of all orders both picked and packed
• Analyze productivity reports to upper management
• Assist in the development of productivity and accuracy standards and follow-up to ensure acceptable quality control standards are met
• Acts as a team leader and advises the team, answers complex questions functioning as an expert resource, and maintains assignment completion schedules
