Job Description
La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with a 40+ year history serving Southern New Mexico residents. They provide medical, dental, behavioral health, and educational services for all cultures. This position involves assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, case management, and team support. It is located at Santa Teresa High School.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
