They are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Technology and Operations division, focusing on Information Security. The role involves building client relationships, driving business development, and sourcing talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within tech, digital, or change space
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management
• Confidence sourcing talent through LinkedIn and job boards
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Solid negotiation and offer management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and multi-role management ability
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn)
• Understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices
