Job Description
LaAmistad is hiring Site Directors to lead afterschool sites for the 2026-2027 school year. As the heart of our afterschool programs, Site Directors shape learning environments that uplift Latino youth through academic support, character development, and strong community partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience working with K-5 students
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Confidence in leading a classroom independently
Benefits
- $25-$30 hour
- Additional $2/hour for driving a small bus/van (optional)
