Laba Group is seeking a Middle Recruiter to join their Lecturer Recruitment team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The role focuses on sourcing, pipeline management, and process improvement using data-driven insights. The position is fully remote and offers a full-time schedule with flexible work arrangements. The recruiter will act as a strategic talent advisor and be hands-on with sourcing, assessment, and outreach.

Requirements

• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Production team to calibrate role briefs.
• Manage job requisitions and pipelines in the ATS.
• Conduct initial screenings and prepare data-backed shortlists.
• Track and report funnel KPIs.
• Share market intelligence on lecturer talent trends.
