Requirements

• Engage with key leaders across the organization to determine best way of sharing not just data but insights coming from report development, data integration, data modeling, etc.
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for laboratory operations and client needs.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models that facilitate efficient reporting and analysis, with a focus on lab-specific metrics and KPIs.
• User Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including laboratory staff and management, to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of reports and dashboards, implementing optimizations to enhance speed and user experience.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for BI processes, data sources, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them effectively utilize Power BI for their reporting and analytical needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization, proposing enhancements to our BI tools and methodologies.
