We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced maintenance supervisor to lead the maintenance function within our seven Canadian manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies that ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety of equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in the label industry is a significant asset
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, automated controls/API, and infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing (fabrication allégée), TPM (Total productive Maintenance), or other continuous improvement approaches
- Mastery of CMMS systems and maintenance reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bilingualism is essential to facilitate inter-site communication across Canadian provinces
- Willingness to occasionally travel to supported facilities
