LaBella Associates is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to manage bridge projects, client relationships, and market development. This technical role requires experience in bridge engineering and project management, as well as strong business development and proposal writing skills. The manager will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive bridge/Project Manager Experience
- PE license
- Experience with NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid bridge projects
- Strong business development skills
- Strong project management qualities
- Excellent knowledge of project management processes
- Experience with proposal development and presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
