Junior Structural Engineer

LaBella is hiring a Jr. Structural Engineer to join their Building Engineering Division in Rochester, New York. The position involves performing structural engineering services on a variety of projects, from feasibility studies and design to construction and rehabilitation. Engineers will work closely with senior colleagues and contribute to innovative projects in K-12, commercial, and other sectors.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with structural coursework.
• Engineering in Training Certificate (E.I.T.) required.
• Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• 0 to 5 years of experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and/or wood design is required.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and structural engineering design software (RISA, SAP, and/or TSD) is required.
