Project Architect

LaBella is hiring a Project Architect to join their Architectural division. This role involves working with large projects in various sectors like State Corrections, Healthcare, K-12, and Residential. The Architect will be responsible for managing projects from planning and design to construction administration, delegating tasks to a Project Technician, and coordinating with other teams. Self-motivation and strong communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable)
• 6-10+ years of experience
• Strong technical design and construction document skills
• Excellent graphic presentation skills
• CAD experience (AutoCAD and Revit)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
