Project Manager - Landscape Architecture

LaBella is seeking a skilled and energetic Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead projects for public and private sector work within Charlotte, NC. The role involves overseeing design, technical aspects, administration, and management, primarily leading projects and designs at various scales. Project deliverables include drawings, site plans, and technical specifications, and collaboration with team members. This position requires a candidate to be adept at problem solving and maintaining client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• 8+ years’ experience in a landscape architecture consultant setting
• Registration as a Professional Landscape Architect (NC or reciprocity) or ability to acquire it.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel to project sites.
• Familiarity with Autodesk products and other graphic programs.
