Job Description
Labor Finders is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a housing complex in Cordele, GA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preparing vacant units and routine and emergency maintenance of 100+ housing units.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- One or more years of experience
