Manufacturing Engineer

This Manufacturing Engineer role is seeking a highly energetic person with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or production engineering. The position involves improving production processes, leading process innovations, and contributing to both floor-level improvements and high-level upgrades. It's a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on initiative and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or production engineering roles (more junior candidates will be considered)
• Experience with lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with frontline personnel
• Basic knowledge of applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems
• Physical abilities to stand/walk for extended periods, lift 35 pounds
• PLC programming and robotics experience a plus
