Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

This role is for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in a fast-paced polymer manufacturing environment. The position involves hands-on troubleshooting and repair of equipment, contributing to a clean and efficient production line. It's a collaborative role where teamwork and problem-solving are valued. Shifts are long, from 2nd to 3rd shifts.

Requirements

• 3+ years industrial maintenance, manufacturing environment
• Certifications (Millwright preferred, not required)
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair high-pressure systems
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, dust, heat, and noise
