Job Description
Join a global investment group and contribute to building a sustainable future as an Administrative Assistant. This role supports office operations and administrative services in the Sydney office, working closely with the Operations Director and Sydney Office Manager.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline (administration, office management)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in a global environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of French an asset
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Ability to resolve problems in a fundamentally sound manner
- Flexibility and being a team player
