Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in automotive dealership sales
- Driven to succeed in a commission-based sales environment
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Eager to master Kia product knowledge
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
