Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing accurate information and referrals related to community services. Manage the Lending Closet, assist with in-processing and out-processing of military service members and their families, and perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds due to the physical demands of managing the Lending Closet.
- At least one year of experience in providing information and referrals within a military or community service setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey information and respond to client inquiries both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle a variety of client needs in a busy environment.
