The ACS Community Support Technician will develop and execute marketing strategies, provide assistance to working groups, conduct basic research and data analysis, and engage with the community to promote ACS programs and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of two-years' experience in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, social media management, and event coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform basic research and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, or program support is advantageous
