Requirements
- Master's degree in Divinity, Pastoral Care, Counseling, or a related field
- Three years of professional experience leading group facilitation
- Knowledge of military culture, ethical values, and social issues affecting service members and their families
- Experience delivering workshops and leading group discussions in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
