Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- 2-4 years of full/part time paid religious education experience
- Catechist Certification from the Archdiocese for the Military Services (for Catholic Coordinators)
- Advanced Catechist Certification (for non-theology degree holders)
- Knowledge in theology, education, and social science
- Skills in curriculum development, volunteer management, instruction, and general administration
- Ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks
