Lago is looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to support Lago’s growth and success.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the CEO and Talent Acquisition Manager to define job requirements and identify ideal candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Lago's partners.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
