Requirements

• Contribute to crafting and maintaining company budgets, financial projections, and consolidated financial statements.
• Act as a business partner for all Business Operations teams.
• Partner in establishing and maintaining long-range company financial models.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and executive presentations.
• Collaborate in designing, testing, and implementing analytical tools.
• Partner in building and sustaining detailed compensation and benefits models.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from business partners.
