Requirements

• Maximizes overall operating performance and return on investment
• Performs weekly property visits to evaluate compliance with community policies
• Ensures all rents are collected by months end and handles delinquent accounts
• Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of Maintenance Technicians and Assistant Community Managers
