Job Description
The Controller will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring the ability to multi-task and work across multiple facets of the business. They will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all accounting functions and financial analysis, including building out processes and systems for best-in-class real estate and accounting reporting.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of experience showing increasing responsibility in Real Estate and Construction Accounting
- CPA
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Superior management skills
- Highly organized with developed and practiced attention to detail
