Maintenance Technician responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general upkeep. Respond to resident/tenant service requests and ensure the overall functionality and appearance of the property.

Requirements
