Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties, responding to resident/tenant service requests, and ensuring overall property functionality and appearance.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices
