We're seeking a strategic operations leader to serve as General Manager at our Weston Plant in Oregon, overseeing plant operations, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Requirements

• Lead and develop management teams across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Oversee all aspects of plant operations with a focus on efficiency, food safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, government regulations, and food safety standards.
• Champion a proactive safety culture focused on both plant safety and employee well-being, including oversight of safety training, audits, and incident prevention.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership to align operations with strategic goals.
• Manage budgets and recommend capital improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Support and enforce programs that maintain Lakeside's reputation as a high-quality, safe food producer.
