Partner Delivery Architect - Delhi, India

Lakeside Software is seeking a Partner Delivery Architect to join their growing team and provide value to partner organizations. The role involves managing SysTrack accounts, partner enablement, architecture support, and coordination with internal teams. This position requires strong collaboration with key departments and a focus on ensuring partner success.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, service delivery
• Experience supporting MSP’s & GSI’s or working with them in similar setup
• Experience with transformation and desktop engineering projects (e.g. Win10, O365)
• Extensive knowledge of end user computing (EUC), SysTrack, and other DEX or monitoring solutions
• Good working knowledge of troubleshooting Windows/MAC/LINUX Operating Systems as well as DNS, DHCP, AD, Group Policy
• Understanding of relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server) and virtualization platforms
• Experience with Citrix, Hyper-V, VMWare or other virtualization platforms
• Experience in Scripting (PowerShell, VBScript), SQL & relational database (SQL Server)
• Bachelor Degree in computer science and engineering (preferred)
• MCSE/MCP/CCA/VCP Certification (preferred)
