Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our Home Health/Hospice team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in the home and hospice setting, supporting individualized care plans and promoting safety and dignity for our patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current LPN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Current, valid MN Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
