Lakewood Health System is seeking a RN Home Health - Casual to provide skilled nursing care and general health guidance to patients in the home health and hospice setting.

Requirements

• Current MN RN licensure
• Current valid MN Driver's License and current auto insurance
• Thrive working independently, but knows when to call on their team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to make decisions with limited information
• Ability to manage patient-family dynamics
• Eager to learn and grow
• Hospice experience preferred
