Sales Support Officer

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to work in the back office of a leading Greek company in the field of tiles and sanitary ware. The successful candidate will be responsible for communication with customers, managing sales support, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, good knowledge of MS Office and English, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar commercial or administrative position
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM programs
• Good communication skills, professionalism and politeness in customer service
• Organizational skills, consistency and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with priority
