Requirements

• Over 2 years experience in operations, analytics, or growth roles in a tech start-up/ platform company preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships/projects may apply
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into action
• Project management expertise with ability to juggle stakeholders (market teams and different functional teams)
• Good understanding of marketplace dynamics (e.g., pricing elasticity, churn drivers)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration
• Strong communicator, fluent in English (written/spoken)
