Job Description
Transport Coordinator responsible for managing shipping routes and delivery, customer satisfaction, and logistics operations.
Requirements
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Maintain logs and records of executed orders
- Coordinate logistics staff according to availabilities and requirements
- Ensure PODs and return transactions are complete, accurate, and processed on time
- Supervise daily POD transactions, including reports
