As a Global Product Support Engineer, you'll provide technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel, troubleshooting complex semiconductor equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures
- Installations and/or relocations of equipment at customers' sites
- Remain up to date on equipment/tools through training and materials
- Assist in complex field modifications and updates
- Maintain records and reports as required
- Assist in project planning, management, and execution
- Provide on-site support for repair and maintenance service
- Assist with full installation and relocation processes
