Job Description
The Mechanical Technical Lead Engineer will provide project ownership in developing new products for the Clean Product Line, design and develop product sub-systems, and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers. The role requires expertise in mechanical engineering, design for manufacturing and assembly, and experience in driving concurrent engineering projects.
Requirements
- Design, develop and release product sub-systems through owning medium complex projects
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and New College Graduates
- Experience in driving concurrent engineering projects involving Fluid systems & fabricated & Machined components/assemblies
- Expertise in Sheet metal manufacturing processes and material selection
- Experience in design for manufacturing & assembly
- Experience in OEM Component selection (Mechanical parts)
- Exposure to Structural and Thermal design validation through FEA and Theoretical calculations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and vendors to develop robust design solutions
