Process Engineer - Wet Clean/Wet Etch (all genders)

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Global Products Group, where you will operate on cutting-edge technology and work on developing new and advanced process formulations. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in a semiconductor environment.

Requirements

• MSc in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics
• 5+ years of Process Engineer experience in the semiconductor industry in the field of wet clean/advanced packaging
• Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory, having experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques
• In-depth understanding and experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Excellent social skills with ability to work within diverse teams
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities, able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills in English
