Job Description
Lambda is building cutting-edge AI Factories for Training and Inference, aiming to make compute as ubiquitous as electricity. They are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead a team in the core services, including release engineering, cloud automation, and workflow systems. The role involves building a high-performance team and managing platform solutions for engineering customers, working at the intersection of platform engineering and AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Release Engineering or Platform Engineering
- 3+ years in management or lead role
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers and SREs
- Experience managing, monitoring, and scaling CI/CD platforms
- Deep experience using and operating AWS services
- Strong project management skills
