Job Description
We are looking for an IT Field Service / Onsite Support for our customer in Düsseldorf / Cologne. The ideal candidate will have technical talent, good communication skills, and a willingness to solve customer challenges.
Requirements
- Completed technical training in the IT sector or a related activity
- First professional experience in IT
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Confident appearance towards the customer; willingness to intensively engage with customer challenges
- Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Travel readiness (Region West / NRW), driving license class B/BE
