We are looking for a Master Brewer to strengthen our team in Wachenheim. The successful candidate will participate in the organization and coordination of workflows, perform quality controls, and monitor the fermentation process.

Requirements

• Participation in the organization and coordination of workflows in the cellar area
• Booking of wine entries and work orders in KMK as well as documentation for wine control
• Implementation, compliance and control of QM system requirements and workplace safety in the cellar area
• Training of apprentices
