Sales Associate

Lamps Plus is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and participate in the In-Home Program. The role requires a motivated individual with prior sales experience, interior design education, or related home furnishing experience. The position involves working evenings and weekends, and bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Motivated and energetic individual who enjoys working with people and providing superior customer service
• Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience (a plus)
• Interior design education, commissioned sales or related home furnishing experience (helpful but not required)
• Valid driver's license and automobile to drive to homes for in-home demonstrations/consultations
• Ability to multi-task and address more than one customer at a time
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
• Pass security background check
