Paralegal

LanceSoft is seeking a Paralegal to provide day-to-day legal support for the content legal team, assisting with drafting agreements, researching and summarizing provisions, and maintaining contract files. Strong academic performance, paralegal certificate, and 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal supporting transactional work are required.

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Paralegal certificate
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal supporting transactional work
• Excellent file management and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Telecom experience required
